ALIA Schools Online Forum

Welcome to the ALIA Schools Online Forum. This forum will discuss the implications of Web 2.0 tools and how we can use them effectively to engage students in their learning. The opportunity to share how Web 2.0 tools are currently being used will help those members of the forum who are yet to venture into this exciting field.

The Online Forum will commence on Wednesday 12 August and conclude on Wednesday 19 August.

  2. Am looking forward to participating in ALIA Schools next online forum, Web 2.0, Web 3.0, ........, commencing on Wednesday 12th August as I would be really interested to learn how other teacher-librarians incorporate their use into their teaching practice, library programmes, sharing their professional development experiences, etc.

As a complete novice to the Web 2.0 world I look forward to participating in a stimulating discussion from which I hope to learn a lot.

  5. Web 2.0 and all it offers is invaluable for us in school libraries - My goal is to complete one of the online PD programmes to maximise use here - and to regularly check the SLAV Bright Ideas page so well run by Judith Way.
